How does payment and order processing work?

Your payment is charged as soon as you place your order. Our fulfilment team then contacts the warehouse to confirm stock availability and begins preparing your order for dispatch.

How long does order processing take?

Once stock is confirmed, your order is picked, quality-checked, and packed. This usually takes 1 working day.

How long does shipping take?

After dispatch, delivery within the UK typically takes 4–6 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

For change-of-mind cancellations, UK law gives customers a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. If you wish to cancel your order within this time, please email us at info@rafnafitness.com.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every product at Rafna Fitness is built for performance and longevity. For your peace of mind, our range is backed by a solid warranty covering structural faults and functional defects under normal use. While all items include a minimum 6-month warranty, most of our heavy-duty equipment features an extended 2–3 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
